8/5/2023 Off to the IslandWell it is Saturday morning and there is a craft fair out on the Island and I am going to peruse and hob-nob and all the such. Sweat myself to death and hopefully get some photos along the way. I am taking a friend along who is also a photographer...That comes in handy when you are driving and see a pretty cloud or a cat dancing a jig on the street corner and can't snap a photo cause this is a "hands-free state" and I believe that applies to camera equipment as well. Not going to test the waters. Also have sent a message to someone with a camera I would love to buy and add to my collection. So here we go!! Have a beautiful day...Mia

AuthorHello! My name is Mary and I have been in love with photography since I was a child and got my first 35mm disposable camera for a vacation we went on. I took pictures of everything and mom had to make two stops at Walmart throughout the vacation to get yet another disposable camera, because what sane person takes only 24 photos over a 5 day vacation? I have gotten much better at photography over the DECADES and I have decided that I'd rather be behind a camera than behind a desk, not to mention how much more fun it is making pictures than it is making PowerPoints.
