8/3/2023 Super Duper SupermoonSo last night was the start of the supermoon and I had been invited by a fellow photographer to go out at midnight and capture it on camera. Now, normally I would have been all over that opportunity, however, I had to be up at 4:30 am to get ready to go to work this morning and, believe me I checked, midnight and 4:30 are placed insanely close together on every clock I know of... so I declined because unfortunately I still have a regular job and responsibilities. Well, it turns out that I might as well have accepted because Mr. Supermoon decided to wake me up at 12:30 and keep me awake until 3:30,at which time I fell fast asleep until... you guessed it 4:30AM! I am just going to say I love the moon and sometimes it wants to visit you even when you have declined the meetup. I am EXHAUSTED! Y'all have a splendid day... k? G'night.

AuthorHello! My name is Mary and I have been in love with photography since I was a child and got my first 35mm disposable camera for a vacation we went on. I took pictures of everything and mom had to make two stops at Walmart throughout the vacation to get yet another disposable camera, because what sane person takes only 24 photos over a 5 day vacation? I have gotten much better at photography over the DECADES and I have decided that I'd rather be behind a camera than behind a desk, not to mention how much more fun it is making pictures than it is making PowerPoints.
